Watts' construction personnel are experienced in the supervision and inspection of transportation, structural, municipal, and site development projects. We provide services for clients such as the New York State Department of Transportation, New York State Thruway Authority, Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, Erie County Department of Public Works, City of Buffalo, Town of Amherst, City of Rochester and National Fuel Gas.
Our staff includes graduate engineers and National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) certified technicians who provide full-time quality control including office and field functions on small and large construction projects.
