PROJECT ARCHITECT

AutoCAD ADT; 10+ years experience in design of education facilities and state government projects; BSArch (min).

 

ARCHITECT INTERN

AutoCAD ADT; 1-4 years experience; BSArch (min); 3D modeling and Photoshop a plus.

 

ELECTRICAL DESIGNER

Associates degree (min.); 5+ years experience in design of electrical systems for educational facilities; proficient in AutoCAD.

 

MECHANICAL DESIGNER

Associates degree (min.); 5+ years experience in design of HVAC for commercial/institutional facilities; proficient in AutoCAD. 

 

PLUMBING/FIRE PROTECTION DESIGNER

Associates degree (min.), 5+ years experience in design of plumbing and fire protection systems for schools, colleges/universities; proficient in AutoCAD. 

 

ASBESTOS CONSULTANT

Previous experience in Asbestos Building Inspections; Project Design and Management and current NYSDOL certifications a plus. College degree preferred, minimum 2 years experience. 

 

INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST/ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENTIST

Minimum of 6 years experience in OSHA compliance, indoor air quality and industrial consulting. Bachelor of Science Degree in related field required. NYSDOT, NYSDEC, and other state and federal agency work experience a plus.

 

ASBESTOS TECHNICIAN

Entry level asbestos positions that will pay $12-15/hour. We will train to perform air sampling, project monitoring and other environmental sampling. Any type of asbestos certification or experience is a plus.
