As existing facilities are demolished, reconstructed or rehabilitated, asbestos-containing materials (ACM), PCB's and/or lead-based paint (LBP) are frequently areas of concern. Watts is routinely involved in the investigations of suspect materials that are to be impacted by improvements to buildings and infrastructure. We have successfully completed numerous projects in both the public and private sectors including involvement on statewide term agreements that have taken our personnel throughout New York to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
