Every transportation project involves an assessment of extent of probable environmental impacts. The findings of our field investigations, assessments and surveys are used as the basis to develop the written documentation that supports the engineering Design Report. From Environmental Impact Statements to Environmental Assessments, our documents clearly describe the social, economic and environmental concerns, issues, impacts, and mitigation measures required to comply with the environmental rules and obtain regulatory approval. Watts was completed the environmental work on approximately 100 transportation projects across New York State for NYSDOT, NYSTA and numerous municipalities over the past two decades.
