Watts was the prime consultant completely responsible for the preliminary and final design of this project on the New York State Thruway from Westfield, NY to the Pennsylvania State Line, including Interchange 60. The project involved 24 miles of highway rehabilitation, slope flattening, safety and drainage improvements, overhead sign structures, a bridge rehabilitation, U-Turn relocations, guide railing, and signs and pavement markings.
