Preliminary Design | Final Highway Design | Hazardous Waste Contaminated Materials Assessments

Watts is the prime consultant to the City of Buffalo responsible for the preliminary and final design of this urban corridor. This section of Porter Avenue is unique in that it is on the Historic Register due to its being part of the original Olmsted Parkway system in Buffalo. The services include pavement reconstruction, landscaping, drainage, and lighting design, as well as environmental and cultural resource studies. Coordination of the project with SHPO is another key element. The estimated construction cost for this project is $1.8 million.
